The activities of the FIPHK are guided by a Board of Directors comprising its President, Vice President and Secretary. The day-to-day affairs of the Forum are managed by a Management Committee comprising the Board of Directors and additional members.  | Harry Banga Harry came to Hong Kong from London in 1984. Today he is Vice Chairman of the Noble Group, a company listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. He is a Master Mariner and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers. He is on the Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Shipowners Association. He and his wife are involved in various other social and charitable organizations in Hong Kong and India. Harry has two sons, both investment bankers based in Hong Kong. Harry loves to read and hopes to one day revive his passion for golf. |

|  | Harjit Bhatia Harjit works for Credit Suisse as the Chairman and Managing Partner for the Bank's private equity business in Asia Pacific. He has been living in Hong Kong since 1997 with his wife and three children (two of them are now back in Hong Kong after finishing their undergraduate studies). Harjit has an MBA degree from the University of Delhi, a Masters Degree in Commerce from University of Allahabad, and is also a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. Besides travelling, Harjit is passionate about Indian music with both ghazals (heavy bias in favour of Jagjit Singh, Begum Akhtar and Mehndi Hassan) and Hindustani vocal (Bhimsen Joshi, Kumar Gandharv and Bade Gulam Ali) being his favourite genres. He loves cricket, tennis and table tennis. |

|  | Mr. Bhawani S. Rath Mr. Bhawani S. Rath is a member of FIPHK since its inception and is a member of the Management Committee for 5 years. He is currently a Director of FIPHK and its Secretary. Mr. Rath started his professional career in the insurance industry in India in 1984 as an officer in the New India Assurance Company Limited. After 10 years of diverse experience in Mumbai, he moved to Hong Kong in 1994. In 1998 he set up an insurance and reinsurance broking company and has been heading its operations since then. Besides his involvement in FIPHK, he is also actively involved in the self regulatory body for insurance brokers, Hong Kong Confederation of Insurance Brokers (HKCIB). He is a General Committee member and is the convener of the Membership Sub Committee. His other interests are playing tennis, photography, music and travelling to important cricketing venue in the world with friends.

|  | Poorna Mysoor Poorna is a lawyer based in Hong Kong since 2002. Her areas of specialisation include intellectual property law and in particular anti-counterfeiting strategy and action in Greater China. She began her career as a litigation lawyer in India and is qualified to practice in Hong Kong, India, and in England and Wales. Poorna gained BA, LLB (Hons.) from National Law School of India University, Bangalore and has an LLM from University of London. She lives in Hong Kong with her husband. Apart from being a trained Hindustani classical vocalist, travel, photography and reading are her favourite hobbies.

| | |  | Suren Safaya Suren Safaya is an IT Consultant based in Hong Kong since 1992. Suren manages IT services programmes and projects in the Financial, Commercial and Public Sectors. Suren has previously lived in Beijing between 1983-1992 when he managed the Computer Engineering Services for the Financial, Petroleum, Transportation and Astronautics & Space Sciences Ministries of PR China Government. Suren graduated in Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering and subsequently, obtained a Post Graduate qualification in Computer Science from Jadavpur University. Suren has 32-years of the industry experience working on projects in India, China, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Australia, UK and USA and currently lives on Lantau Island with his wife (IB-PYP Educator), a daughter and a son (both Earth Scientists). He has served FIPHK since its inception, and considers Ham Radio (licensed as VR2YSS in HK and as KG4JBP in USA), Photography, Hiking Nature Trails, tinkering with Electronics, RC Aero-Modelling, and charity work as his favourite hobbies. |
