Fireside Chat with Hon Former CJI Shri DY Chandrachud

#FIPHK in our Silver Jubilee Year #2526 celebrated IWD on 8-Mar in HK, over a fireside with (our guest) the 50th Chief Justice of India Dr. Dhananjaya Yashwant Chandrachud. With the theme this year for Women’s Day of #GiveToGain, it is particularly fitting that we hosted the Justice, as his judicial legacy is deeply embedded with advancing women’s rights and gender justice. It was a very engaging discussion, all under Chatham House Rule. Apart from the Fireside, we also did a podcast with him for our YouTube Channel for the benefit for all to hear his view (as our Fireside is under Chatham House Rule) and will be released soon. The evening was MCed by Reema Shankar.

With 40% of our members & 33% of the Management Committee being females, we welcomed each of our female members that evening by presenting a rose and a small token of appreciation to celebrate IWD.
